1Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the cari188 website (cari188.app), you hereby agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.

Cari188 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a member cannot verify eligibility, the platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account without prior notice.

3Account Registration and Verification

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual, whether using different names, emails, phone numbers, or identity details, are strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being closed and balances confiscated.

During registration, you are required to:

• Providing your full legal name exactly as it appears on your official identity document
• Using an active and reachable email address
• Providing a valid Malaysia phone number
• Setting a strong and unique password for your account

A KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process will be conducted before your first withdrawal is processed. You will be required to submit a valid identity document such as your MyKad or passport. This process is in place to protect your account and comply with international financial standards.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

• The results of all games are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure
• In the event of a technical disruption or disconnection during gameplay, any affected rounds or bets will be settled based on accurate server records

• Cari188 is not responsible for game outcomes affected by device issues or internet connectivity problems on the member's end
• Attempting to exploit software bugs or technical vulnerabilities in any game is a serious violation that may result in account suspension

7Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. cari188 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members
• Use a strong, unique password that differs from your other online accounts
• Log out of your account when using a shared device or public Wi-Fi network
• Notify the support team immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account

8Prohibited Activities

9Account Closure and Suspension

Cari188 reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Identity verification failed or submitted documents are fraudulent
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent or manipulative activity
• Requests from legal authorities or regulatory bodies
• Account inactivity exceeding the specified period (without any login)

If an account is closed due to a violation, Cari188 reserves the right to hold any balance associated with fraudulent activity while an investigation is conducted. Balances unrelated to fraud will be returned once the investigation is concluded.

10Liability Limits

Cari188 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from:

• Use of or inability to use the platform due to technical disruptions beyond our control
• Losses or damages arising from legitimate game outcomes
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials
• Content or information obtained through the platform is used at your own risk

Cari188's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the actual deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

11Amendment of Terms and Conditions

Cari188 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes via registered email or a clearly displayed notice on the platform.
